Documents Required Before Applying:
- A valid personal mobile number and email ID (for OTPs and all communication).
- A webcam or mobile phone camera for capturing a LIVE photograph (pre-existing photos cannot be uploaded).
- A scanned copy of your signature (JPG/JPEG, 30KB – 49KB).
- SC/ST Certificate in PDF format (under 400KB) only if you are requesting the free train travel pass.

- First, you must ‘Create an Account’. If you have an account from a previous RRB recruitment, you can use the same credentials to log in.
- Fill in your basic details like name, father’s name, mother’s name, date of birth, mobile number, and email ID. Be extremely careful, as these details cannot be modified later.
- Log in with your new credentials and choose the RRB you wish to apply for. You can only apply to one RRB.
- Fill in the main application form with your educational qualifications, address, and other information.
- You will be prompted to capture a LIVE photograph using your device’s camera. Follow the on-screen instructions (plain background, no cap or glasses, look straight).
