This apprenticeship offers a very competitive monthly stipend, which is a great earning opportunity while you learn. The stipend is not just a basic amount; it includes a separate allowance, enhancing the total monthly pay. This focus on providing a good stipend shows NRL’s commitment to valuing its trainees.

The monthly stipend for NRL Apprentices is structured as follows:

  • For Degree / Diploma Holders: Candidates selected for apprentice roles requiring a Degree (like MBA, LLB, Graduate) or a Diploma (like Engineering, Hotel Management) will receive a fixed monthly stipend of ₹17,000/-.
  • For ITI Holders: Candidates selected for ITI trade apprentice roles (like Fitter, Electrician, Plumber) will receive a fixed monthly stipend of ₹12,200/-.

In addition to this fixed stipend, all selected apprentices, regardless of their qualification, will receive a Canteen Allowance of ₹1,415/- per month.

So, the total monthly in-hand amount will be:

  • Degree/Diploma: ₹17,000 + ₹1,415 = ₹18,415/- per month
  • ITI: ₹12,200 + ₹1,415 = ₹13,615/- per month

This is an excellent package for an apprenticeship, providing strong financial support for the one-year training duration.
