Selected candidates start as Management Trainee in the E-1 grade with a starting basic pay of ₹60,000 per month in the pay scale of ₹60,000–1,80,000.

There is no interview in this recruitment. Selection is based on a single Computer Based Test of 200 marks.

1. Online CBT: Two papers in one sitting, total duration 3 hours. Paper 1 covers General Knowledge, Reasoning, Numerical Ability and General English (100 marks, 100 questions). Paper 2 covers Professional Knowledge in the chosen discipline (100 marks, 100 questions).
2. Marking Scheme: 1 mark per correct answer, no negative marking, no marks for unattempted questions.
3. Language: Bilingual (English & Hindi). The English version is final in case of any error.
